The European Commission will hold an information session in Brussels on Tuesday 5 April from 14:00 to 17:00 on the 2016 call for EU Aid Volunteers deployment projects and on the related certification process.

Participation is open to representatives of organisations interested in applying for funding under the call for deployment of EU Aid Volunteers. Capacity is limited to 50 people and to one representative per organisation. Places are booked on a first come, first served basis.

Web-streaming will be available on the day of the event at the following address: http://ec.europa.eu/echo/info-day-eu-aid-volunteers-call-proposals-2016-webstreaming_en. There will be the opportunity to submit questions during the event.

Travel expenses and other costs for participation cannot be reimbursed.
