The KA1 - Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees 2017 eForm has been uploaded on the EACEA Electronic Application Forms - eForms website on 14/12/2016.
Attention
Please note that an updated version of the e-form (Form version: 2.3.1) in the three languages EN, FR, and DE has been released, which fixes the validation of the amount entered for "Additional scholarships for students from targeted regions of the world" in Part D. of the e-form. If you have started already to fill-in the previous e-form version (Form version: 2.3), the new e-form release will not block you from submitting your proposal, as long the amount entered in Part D. is lower or equal to 1.176.000 €.
For all those who by validating the e-form, the entry below in the "Errors list" is generated (last page)
will need to update the e-form and follow the instructions of the "User guide" available on the Electronic Application Forms webpage https://eacea.ec.europa.eu/sites/eacea-site/files/eforms/proposal_submission_user_guide_version_1_ka1_jmd_2017.pdf
Please follow the steps as described in page 31 and by doing so always click on the button "next" (no need to revise the list of participating organisations) until the new e-form is generated. Then please follow the instructions in page 36.

Completing your application
- Fill in the eForm with the required data.
- Do not forget also to complete and attach the four (4) mandatory attachments to the eForm. For that, please refer to the Annexes navigation tab to download the relevant templates.
If you apply for additional scholarships for targeted regions of the world ("Heading 4" & "EDF"), you must indicate that in the eForm under C.6 and attach the annex: "Award Criterion for additional scholarships for targeted regions of the world".
- Furthermore, if you consider it relevant for the proposal, you should add the optional attachment: "Other relevant annexes".
- Once you have completed the eForm and attached the annexes, validate the eForm. This triggers an automatic check that informs you if your application package is complete. If this is the case, you can submit it online.
- When you have submitted your application online, the applicant organisation should receive a confirmation email and reference number. If not, please contact the HelpDesk.
Please DO NOT SEND A COPY of the e-form and the attached documents neither by email nor by post to EACEA.

Applicants may wish to send for information purposes a copy of their EMJMD application to their International Erasmus+ Contact point (ICPs) set up in the National Agencies of the Programme Countries.
Please note that the Executive Agency will send certain information related to your EMJMD application (e.g. application number/title, HEIs/countries involved, etc., including proofs of valid accreditations attached to the eForm) to the International Erasmus+ Contact points of the HEIs of Programmes Countries involved. This serves for facilitating certain administrative procedures concerning the eligibility check of the application, especially related to accreditation.
