Organisations wishing to apply for the Civil Society Cooperation Call are invited, from 28/10/2014, to submit applications to the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency in Brussels.

  • Application package
    A complete application package comprises the eForm and its compulsory attachment (to be submitted online), and the compulsory additional annexes (to be sent by email) described in part 14 of the Applicants' Guidelines.

N.B: Only the additional annexes must be sent by email (separated scanned attachment for each required document) to the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency by 17/12/2014 (midday, Brussels time) to the two following email addresses:

As mentioned in the Applicants' Guidelines, the application package includes the following compulsory attachment and additional required annexes:

Compulsory attachment:

  • The declaration on honour (lower or equal to 60.000 €) English Deutsch Français
  • The declaration on honour (more than 60.000 €) English Deutsch Français

Additional required annexes:

The following documents must be sent by email to the Agency (as separate scanned attachments for each required document).  In the subject of the email a precise reference to the application number, received upon submission online of the application, should be included.

  1. The CVs of the key persons responsible for implementation of the work programme as referred to Section 8.2 in the Europass format available at: http://europass.cedefop.europa.eu/en/home.iehtml (only applicable for Lot 1 Education and Training);
  2. The annual activity report for the last complete financial year as referred to Section 8.2 (only applicable for Lot 1 Education and Training);
  3. The documents related to the financial capacity and referred to Section 8.1 (only applicable for Lot 1 Education and Training):  en fr de cs da el et es hu fi it ltmt nl pl pt sk sl sv
  4. A Memorandum of Understanding signed by all organisations involved in the EU-wide network as referred to Section 6.1.2 (only applicable for Lot 2 Youth); English
  5. The financial identification form available here
  6. Articles of association (statute of entity);
  7. A copy of the certificate of liability to VAT (in countries where the trade register number and the VAT number are identical, only one of these documents is required);
  8. A copy of the official document attesting to the establishment of the private-law entity, such as official gazette or trade register (this document must show the name, address, and the date of registration and registration number of the private-law entity).

N.B: In case the Participant Identification Code (PIC) of the applicant organisation has been already validated, the Articles of association (f),the Copy of the certificate of liability to VAT (g), and the Copy of the official document (h) are already available in the participant portal, these documents do not need to be sent.
