Organisations that wish to apply for the Centres of Vocational Excellence call are invited to submit their applications online.
Before starting your application:
1. Read carefully the

Applicants' Guidelines and the
eForm User Guide
2. Applicants must have a valid EU Login (European Commission Authentication Service) account. If you already have a valid EU Login account, you may proceed with the application. If you do not have a EU Login accounts, you should create one. Once you have created an account, you can return to this page.
3. The applicant and each partner organisation must register in the Participant Register of the Funding & tender opportunities portal, and receive a Participant Identification Code (PIC). The PIC will be requested in the application form. To access the Participant Register, you will need their EU Login username and password.
Given that each organisation should use only one PIC code, please first check with your legal representative's office whether such a PIC number has already been created for your organisation. If this is the case, you may use this PIC code to create your electronic application form. At the application stage, PIC statutes can be either "Validated" Declared" or Sleeping" but in case of double reference for one same organisation, the "Validated " PIC should always be considered.
You are now ready to start the application process:
1. Create your official electronic application form, also called the eForm. Use the official application package and the correct application form for the Centres of Vocational Excellence call.
2. Fill in the eForm. Do not forget also to complete and attach to the eForm the mandatory annexes (See 'Annexes').
3. Once you have completed the eForm and attached the annexes, validate the eForm. This triggers an automatic check that informs you if your application package is complete. If this is the case, you can submit it online.
4. When you have submitted your application online, you should receive a confirmation email and a reference number. If not, contact the technical helpdesk.
Please DO NOT SEND A COPY of the eForm and the attached documents neither by email nor by post to EACEA.
