Before starting your application:
1. Check on this website to see if there is an open Call for Proposals.
2. Read the Guidelines (see tab on left) and the Call for Proposals (see tab on left) carefully.
3. Applicants must have an EULogin (European Commission Authentication Service) account. If you already have an EULogin account, you may use this. If not, create an EULogin account.
When you have created your EULogin account, return to this page.

You are now ready to start the application process:
1. You must register in the Participant Portal and receive a Participant Identification Code (PIC). The PIC is needed to generate the application form. To access the Participant Portal, you need your EULogin (see above) username and password.
2. Create your official electronic application form, also called the eForm. To create your eForm, you will have to go through the following steps without interruption:
a. select the funding opportunity
b. select a language option
c. selection the organisation participating in your proposed activity
d. create the eForm
e. save the eForm to your local computer or network drive
f. fill in the eForm and save regularly.
Completing your application
1. Do not forget to also complete the compulsory annexes (see tab on left) to the eForm. Please consult the Guide for applicants as there are new instructions in relation to the Annexes.
2. Once you have completed the eForm and have attached the annexes, validate the eForm. This triggers an automatic check that informs you whether your application is complete or not. If it is, you can submit it online. Check the security settings of your computer. Your eForm might be validated but might not have been sent if you have not disabled your security settings. Please carefully read the Guide for applicants .
3. When you have submitted your eForm online, you should receive a confirmation email and reference number. If not, contact the helpdesk: eacea-helpdesk@ec.europa.eu.
