Guide for Applicants 

Participation of non-EU countries in CE Programme

Before starting your application:

1. Check this website to see if there is an open call for proposals
2. Read the specific guidelines, the call for proposals and Annexes carefully
3. Register in the Participant Portal and receive a Participant Identification Code (PIC). The PIC will be requested in the application form. To access the Participants’ portal, you will need an EULogin username and password.
4. Use the official eForm. To create your eForm, your will be asked to go through the follow steps, without interruption:
   
   1. Select the funding opportunity.
   2. Select a language option.
   3. Select the organisation(s) participating in your proposed activity.
   4. Create the application eForm.
   5. Save the application eForm to your local computer or network drive.
   6. Fill in the e-form and save regularly.

Completing your application

Please complete your application by using the Guide for applicants as a step by step support.

1. Don’t forget to also complete the compulsory annexes to the eForm
2. Please read carefully all annexes of the application package before filling in your eForm and compulsory annexes
3. Once you have completed the eForm and the annexes, validate it. This triggers an automatic check that informs you your application form is complete. If it is, you can submit it online.
4. When you have submitted your application online, you should receive a confirmation email and reference number. If not, contact the helpdesk.
