Before starting your application:
1. Check the Official journal or this website to see if there is an open Call for proposals
2. Read the Guidelines (see tab on the left) and the Call for proposals (see Call notice tab on the left) carefully.
3. Read also the Guide for Applicants and the eForm User Guide (see Eforms tab on the left) carefully.

4. Applicants must have an EULogin (European Commission Authentication Service) account. If you already have an EULogin account, you may use this, if not, create an EULogin account. When you have created your EULogin account, return to this page.
5. Applicants must register in the Funding & tenders opportunities portal and receive a Participant Identification Code (PIC). The PIC will be requested in the application form. To access the Funding & tenders opportunities portal, you will need your EULogin username and password.
You are now ready to start the application process:
1. Create your official electronic application form, also called the eForm. The eForm is available in the Eforms section. To create your eForm, you will be asked to go through the following steps, without interruption:
Change alignment
a. Select the funding opportunity.
b. Select a language option.
c. Select the organisation(s) participating in your proposed activity.
d. Create the application eForm for the appropriate action.
e. Save the application eForm to your local computer or network drive.
f. Fill in the eForm and save regularly
Completing your application
1. Complete your eForm by using the Guide for Applicants as a step by step support.
2. Do not forget to complete the compulsory annexes (see Annexes tab on the left) to the eForm.
3. Once you have completed the eForm and the annexes, validate the eForm. This triggers an automatic check that informs you that your application form is complete. If it is, you can submit it online. Check the security settings of your computer. Your eForm might be validated but might not have been sent if you have not disabled your security settings (see eForm User Guide).
4. When you have submitted your application online, you should receive a confirmation email and reference number. If not, contact the helpdesk.
