Vacancies

Inter-Agency mobility (for applicants already employed within the EU institutions)

Temporary staff 2(f)

TA vacancies are published in a dedicated inter-agency mobility portal. These vacancies are open to internal applicants who are already employed within the EU Institutions as Temporary Agents with a contract type 2(f).

The Agency has now reached its full staffing capacity, but vacancies can become available in the context of normal staff turnover.

The Agency uses two main categories of staff: Temporary Agents and Contract Agents. The selection procedures governing staff selections are as follows:

  • Contract and Temporary Agent positions: Contract and Temporary Agent recruitments are done on the basis of selection procedures which include written tests (organized by EPSO for Contractual Agents and by the Agency for Temporary Agents) and interviews.

Please read carefully the privacy statement.

  • Interim positions: In order to assure the continuity of operations (replacing staff on long term absences / employing additional resources during periods of peak workload), the Agency employs staff on short term contracts through interim agencies (present Interim Agency of reference is Randstad e-mail: inhouse_1230@randstad.be).

Please read carefully the privacy statement.

  • Trainee positions: Our traineeships are intended for university graduates. We invite you to consult the Blue Book Traineeship website where you will find the relevant information regarding traineeship opportunities and rules, the application procedure and deadlines as well as selection and recruitment processes. Please note that EACEA does not recruit trainees under other conditions and periods than those specified by the Traineeship Office at the European Commission.

Please read carefully the privacy statement.

The Agency will not treat any spontaneous applications for future positions with the exception of those related to open Calls for Expression of Interest.
