Funding information
Depending on the Programme Action, the application process is initiated in one of the following ways:
- for most Actions, the Programme Guide acts as a permanent call for proposals.
- for some Actions, specific calls for proposals are published.
* for cases where both EACEA and National agencies can be your responsible entity for the submission of your proposals, please consult the section below "Where to apply?".
Where to apply?
For the actions and sub-actions implemented in the Programme Guide, either by the Executive Agency or national agencies, please consult the specific rules of each action in Part B of the Guide.
Projects must be submitted to the Executive Agency in the following cases:
- European non-governmental organisations (ENGOs), which are based in one of the Programme Countries and have member branches in at least eight Programme Countries.
- Organisations legally established in South East Europe for Actions 2 (coordinating the activity) and 3.1 (hosting the activity).
- Applications under Action 2:

by bodies active at European level in the youth field

by promoters established in a Neighbouring Partner Country of South East Europe

involving promoters from Other Partner Countries of the World

by intergovernmental organisations

by profit-making bodies organising an event in the area of youth, sport or culture

projects linked to large-scale European or international events (European Capital of Culture, European Sports Championship, etc.).
- Actions implemented in specific calls for proposals.
In all other cases projects must be submitted to National Agencies.
