Action 4.1.Framework Partnership Agreements

Submission of the 2013 work programmes by beneficiaries of a Framework Agreement selected under call for proposals EACEA 19/2010

IMPORTANT: please note that this section only concerns organisations which have been selected for a Framework Partnership Agreement under the Call for Proposals EACEA 19/2010.

Deadline for submission of the work programmes: 15 November 2012 (date of the postmark being conclusive).

The Executive Agency is consulting the beneficiaries of a Framework Agreement selected under call for proposals EACEA 19/2010 in order to obtain a proposal for an annual work programme and related financial estimates for 2013, in accordance with Article I.2.1 of this Agreement.

Please note that the Executive Agency set the deadline for submission of the applications mentioned in Article I.2.1 of the Framework Partnership Agreement to 15/11/2012.

The letter and its annexes contain all technical and financial criteria that the annual work programme and the financial estimates must satisfy in order to qualify for a Community grant in 2013.

Please note that the standard grant agreements/decisions of the Agency are currently under revision due to the entry into force of the new

Financial Regulation and its Rules of Application as from 01 January 2013. For this reason they are not yet annexed to the call. The Agency will publish the draft grant agreements/decisions related to this call as soon as possible and, in any event, in due time before the deadline for the submission of proposals.

Please note also that the other documents available to you are already in line with the new provisions. The Agency reserves, however, the right to introduce changes or additional details subject to the adoption of the final text of the Financial Regulation and Rules of Application. In this case the changes will be announced in due time before the deadline of the call.
