Action 3.2 — ‘Youth in the world’: Cooperation with countries other than the neighbouring countries of the European Union

Call for proposals EACEA/10/2013

The purpose of this call for proposals is to support projects, which promote cooperation in the youth sector between Youth in Action Programme Countries and Partner Countries other than those which are neighbours of the European Union.

It is addressed to organisations working in the youth sector that are interested in running projects promoting cooperation in this field, involving youth workers and youth leaders, young people themselves and other actors involved in youth organisations and structures.

Deadline for submission of applications: 14 May 2013
Projects must start between 1 October 2013 and 31 December 2013
Duration minimum 6 months and maximum 12 months


The call for proposals has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union C072 on the 12 March 2013 (OJ C072 of 12/03/2013, p. 4).

Applicants' Guidelines

The Applicants' Guidelines (technical explanations accompanying the call for proposals) provide information on the eligibility, selection and award criteria, as well as on the financial conditions and procedures concerning the submission of proposals.

Application procedure

The grant application form is available for completion and submission on-line. All applicants are required to submit their application on-line.

Step 1 - Download the new electronic form (referred to as the "eForm" below).

Step 2 - Fill in and submit the eForm and annexes

Please complete your application using the Instructions for Applicants and the eForm User Guide as step by step support.

A paper version of the Application file (print-out of the electronic form and annexes) duly signed by the legal representative must also be sent to the address below before the deadline of 14 May 2013


Once you have downloaded the eForm you must complete all of the data fields. In addition, you must complete and attach the following additional document/ annexes:

Please note that the standard grant agreements/decisions of the Agency are currently under revision due to the entry into force of the new Financial Regulation and its Rules of Application as from 01 January 2013. For this reason some of them are not annexed to the call. However, please note that the other documents available to you are already in line with the new provisions and provide you with all the necessary information to prepare your application
