Action 4.6 — Youth Support Systems - Partnerships

Call for proposals EACEA/18/2012

This call for proposals aims at supporting partnerships with regional or local public bodies or other stakeholders active in the youth sector at European level in order to develop over the long-term projects which combine various measures of the Youth in Action Programme.

This mechanism aims at encouraging synergies and cooperation between the European Commission – via the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency – and the different actors working in the field of youth by pooling resources and practices with a view to maximising the impact of the programme and to reaching out to a higher number of beneficiaries.

The project must include activities of a non-profit-making nature that are related to the field of youth and non-formal education.

The following activities are eligible under this call:

  • Trans-national Youth Exchanges
  • National or Trans-national Youth Initiatives
  • European Voluntary Service
  • Training and Networking

This call provides grants to projects.



Deadline for submission of applications:
Applications must be submitted at the latest at 12:00 PM (mid-day, Brussels time) the 17 September 2012. After this date, the on-line application system will be closed until it is re-opened for the next application phase.

Projects must start between 1 March 2013 and 1 September 2013
Duration of the project: Maximum 24 months

The call for proposals has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union C 187/10 on the 27/06/2012 (OJ C 187/10 of 27/06/2012, p. 11).

Application procedure

The grant application form is available for completion and submission on-line. All applicants are required to submit their application on-line.

Step 1 - Download the new electronic form (referred to as the "eForm" below).

Step 2 - Fill in and submit the eForm and annexes

Please complete your application using the Instructions for Applicants and the Word file eForm User Guide as step by step support.

A paper version of the Application file (print-out of the electronic form and annexes) duly signed by the legal representative must also be sent to the address below before the deadline of 17 September 2012.
