Action 4.4 Projects encouraging innovation and quality

Call for proposals EACEA/19/2012

The purpose of this call is to support projects targeting the introduction, implementation and promotion of innovative and qualitative elements in non-formal education and youth work.

This call provides grants to projects.

Deadline for submission of applications:
Applications must be submitted at the latest at 12:00 PM (mid-day, Brussels time) the 3 September 2012. After this date, the on-line application system will be closed until it is re-opened for the next application phase.

Projects must start between 1 January 2013 and 30 April 2013
Duration of the project: Minimum 12 months and maximum 18 months

Publication

The call for proposals has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union C 187/09 on the 27/06/2012 (OJ 2012/C 187/09 of 27/06/2012, p. 8).

Applicants' Guidelines

The Applicants' Guidelines (technical explanations accompanying the call for proposals) provide information on the eligibility, selection and award criteria, as well as on the financial conditions and procedures concerning the submission of proposals.

Proposals must comply with the provisions set out in the Call for proposals EACEA/19/2012 and the Applicant's Guidelines.

Application procedure

The grant application form is available for completion and submission on-line. All applicants are required to submit their application on-line.

Step 2 - Fill in and submit the eForm and annexes

Please complete your application using the Instructions for Applicants and the eForm User Guide as step by step support.

A paper version of the Application file (print-out of the electronic form and annexes) duly signed by the legal representative must also be sent to the address below before the deadline of 3 September 2012.
