Call for proposals aiming to support partnership projects with regional or local public bodies (i.e. regions, municipalities, etc.) or with organisations active in the youth sector at European level, which intend to develop or reinforce their long-term actions, strategies and programmes in the field of non-formal learning and youth.
Deadline for submission of applications: 8 October 2010 (date of the postmark being conclusive)
Projects must start between 1 April 2011 and 1 September 2011
Duration of project: Maximum 24 months
The call for proposals has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union C 164 on the 24/06/2010 (OJ C 164 of 24.06.2010, p.21).
The Applicants' Guidelines (technical explanations accompanying the call for proposals) provide information on the eligibility, selection and award criteria, as well as on the financial conditions and procedures concerning the submission of proposals.
Applicants are requested to read carefully Annex I: Specific eligibility criteria and funding rules before completing and submitting their applications.
Proposals must comply with the provisions set out in Annex I, the Guidelines and the call for proposals EACEA/16/10

It provides a practical guidance and general information to the applicants of this call in order to support them in the planning and implementation of activity programmes in line with the qualitative standards of the 'Youth in Action' Programme.
