Beneficiaries 2010

Under this section, project promoters and beneficiaries, selected for one of the funding opportunities 2010, will find useful documents relative to the implementation of a project in the frame of the "Youth in Action" programme.

Please note that you should use the form corresponding to the year in which your contract was issued. This can be easily verified in the project number which appears in your contract. Thus if your project number is XXXXX-CP-1-2010-1-XX-XXX, you should use the 2010 forms.

Logos to use

Beneficiaries should use these logos in their publications and website.

Report forms

Within a period of two months after the end of the project, a final report should be submitted. The final report includes one narrative section on the carrying out of the project, and one financial part. You will find here the final report forms for the centralised strand of the YOUTH and the Youth in Action programmes.

Action 2 - European Voluntary Service

Action 2 - European Voluntary Service - Intermediate report form / Statement for further pre-financing payment (to be completed only under Action 2/EVS projects when specified as a contractual obligation, CF Payment Arrangements) The statement for further pre-financing payment includes one narrative section on the state of implementation of the project, and one financial part stating the amount of the grant already consumed. Documents to be submitted together with the intermediate report: - Copies of all the boarding passes (or any other travel tickets) of the volunteers who already left for their service - Copies of all signed Activity Agreements of the volunteers who started their service if not already provided to the EACEA beforehand. All other justifying documents (invoices/receipts) have to be sent with the final report.
