Please note that you should use the form corresponding to the year in which your contract was issued. This can be easily verified in the project number which appears in your contract. Thus if your project number is XXXXX-CP-1-2008-1-XX-XXX, you should use the 2008 forms.

Within a period of two months after the end of the project, a final report should be submitted. The final report includes one narrative section on the carrying out of the project, and one financial part. You will find here the final report forms for the centralised strand of the YOUTH and the Youth in Action programmes.

Once the project has been approved for funding by the European Commission, the beneficiary receives a contractual package including the Agreement, to be signed by the legal representative of the organisation, and a document explaining about the specific conditions applicable to the grant (Annex III).

EVS volunteers are covered by a group insurance plan specifically designed to protect them during their period of voluntary activity. The cover is compulsory and free of charge to the Volunteers. The following guides provide information about the principles of this insurance.

For approved projects of Action 2, the contractual package includes also support documents to the European Voluntary Service: documents on Rights and Responsibilities of the partners involved in the EVS project; Annex to the certificate, Partnership agreement and EVS volunteer training guidelines.
