Tempus Contractual documents and report forms for Joint European Projects

Selection 2006

  • Grant agreement (including annexes) DeutschEnglishFran�ais PD
  • Annex 5 - Individual Grantholder Report English and the Convention forms English WORD
  • Annex 7 : Mandate template for downloading DeutschEnglishFran�ais WORD
    The grantholder is deemed to conclude this mandate individually with all consortium members. The template has therefore to be filled in with the respective coordinates and then be signed by the legal representative of the grantholding institution and the legal representative of the respective consortium institution. The thus concluded mandates belong to the project documentation and according to Article II.20 of the grant agreement have to be kept by the grantholder for five years after payment of the balance.
    NOTABENE: The concluded mandates do not need to be send to the European Commission
  • First Report on the action's implementation and summary report for publication (IR1)
    For all projects except those involving the Russian Federation and Turkmenistan, the deadline for submitting the 1st Report was 8 February 2008. The deadline for projects involving the Russian Federation and Turkmenistan was 15 April 2008.

  • Request for payment and Detailed statement of the eligible costs actually incurred
    According to the Grant Agreement (Articles I.5 and II.15.2), once the percentage specified in the provisions on further pre-financing has been used up and a further pre-financing is required projects must submit a "Request for payment" and a "Detailed statement of the eligible costs actually incurred".

    PLEASE NOTE: Grantholders who have been asked to submit a financial guarantee (only if specified in Annex I of the Grant Agreement) should check whether this guarantee covers the total financing or whether a new guarantee is required for the further pre-financing, in which case the Request for Payment should be accompagnied by the new financial guarantee.


  • Report on the action's implementation and summary report for publication (IR2)
    For all projects except those involving the Russian Federation and Turkmenistan, the deadline for submitting the 2nd Report is 30 September 2008. Projects involving the Russian Federation and Turkmenistan should submit their 1st Report by 31 March 2009.

    For all projects except those involving the Russian Federation and Turkmenistan, the deadline for submitting the 3rd (Last) Report is 31 October 2009. Projects involving the Russian Federation and Turkmenistan should submit their 3rd (Last) Report by 30 April 2010.

    The grantholder is deemed to conclude this mandate individually with all consortium members.   • Due to the late timing of the project representatives' meeting (19/20 March 2007) the first reports of the JEP 2005 generation will be postponed to 15 April 2007
  • Request for payment and Detailed statement of the eligible costs actually incurred
    For the JEP 2005 generation, the payment of a second instalment is no longer linked to the second report. Whilst the 2nd reports are not yet due, projects which have already advanced well may need their second instalments soon. According to the Grant Agreement (Articles I.5 and II.15.2), once the percentage specified in the provisions on further pre-financing has been used up and a further pre-financing is required projects must submit a "Request for payment" and a "Detailed statement of the eligible costs actually incurred".

    For projects of 2-year duration that received their grant agreement before December 2006, the deadline for the submission of the second report is 15 January 2008.
    For projects of 2-year duration that received their grant agreement after December 2006, the deadline for the submission of the second report is 30 March 2008.
    For projects of 3-year duration that received their grant agreement before December 2006, the deadline for the submission of the second report is 15 March 2008.
    For projects of 3-year duration that received their grant agreement after December 2006, the deadline for the submission of the second report is 15 September 2008.
