Leonardo Da Vinci - Second phase (2000-2006)

Leonardo da Vinci is the action programme for implementing the European Community's vocational training policy, supporting and supplementing action taken by the Member States.

The Council adopted the second phase of the programme for the period 2000-2006 by Decision 1999/382/EC. The third and final call for proposals was closed in 2006. No other calls for proposals will be published under this phase.

The Executive Agency is responsible for  the management of  procedure C projects (Reference Materials, Thematic Actions and Proposals submitted by European organisations, excluding mobility).

The Leonardo da Vinci programme for the period 2007-2013 is implemented in the Lifelong Learning Programme.
