Call for proposals EACEA/26/09

The present call for proposals does not concern European Associations having concluded a Framework Partnership Agreement with the Agency for the period 2008-2010 under the call for proposals EACEA/28/07.

The purpose of this call for proposals is to support the existence of high-quality European Associations active in the field of education and training contributing to the implementation of the Education and Training 2010 work programme and/or increasing knowledge and awareness on the European integration process trough education and training.

The call for proposals aims to select organisations for the conclusion of an annual operating grant agreements covering the budgetary year 2010.

Deadline for submission of the application

1) The deadline for submitting  the online eForm application (incl.annexes) is :

10 December 2009, 12:00 Brussels time

2) The deadline to submit a corresponding (obligatory) and complete paper application by postal mail is :

10 December 2009 (date of postmark)

The call for proposals has been published in the Official Journal of the European Communities on the 15/10/2009 (OJ 2009/C 247/10).

Application Procedure – 2 steps

STEP 1 : on line submission

The Executive Agency has developed a new on-line submission tool.
For this call for proposals, applicants must send their applications using the online grant application electronic form (eForm). This version (including its annexes) is regarded as the main version/master copy. Please print, sign, scan and attach the signed Declaration on the honour and attach the Budget form (Budged based or Flat rate grant calculator) and send the whole set on-line.

STEP 2 : paper version

In order to provide safeguard and in order to submit additional required information, a complete  paper version of the Application File must also be sent by postal mail by the deadline of 10 December 2009 to the Agency to the address below:

The paper Application file is composed of:

• a print-out of the electronic form (eForm)
• a duly signed Declaration on the honour
• a copy of a budget form (Flat rate or Budget based on eligible costs)
• a copy of the legal registration of the European Association
• an activity report for the last financial year available
• the legal entity form
• the financial identification form (bank details form)
• the copy of the official annual accounts for the last closed financial year
• CV's of the key persons working for the European Association
• the organisation chart of the applicant association
