Please find here the latest versions of the on-line application forms - "eForms" - that are currently published.
These eForms are linked to specific Calls and Programme Guides. If the version of the eForm posted here is newer than one you previously downloaded, please visit the Call webpage or Programme Guide webpage for the programme/action concerned to find an information bulletin on why the new version was released. This will include details of any problems identified, their impact and advice on how to proceed.
PLEASE NOTE! The eForm that you wish to complete must be downloaded and saved to your local computer (or local network drive) before you can start filling it in. It is not possible for you to complete and submit an eForm directly on this webpage! This is explained in the User Guide.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE READ THE RELEVANT USER GUIDE BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO COMPLETE AND SUBMIT YOUR EFORM!
In case you encounter an "Error message 26 – failure to submit": this may be related to Adobe settings. Please turn off the enhanced security settings in Adobe or consult the known issues section for detailed instructions before contacting the helpdesk.
You can also Subscribe to RSS feeds and receive updates in real time.
This form contains a small number of questions and functions. It has been designed to help applicants understand how the main fields in the eForm work and also to ensure that their own software and internet connection allow an application form to be submitted. It is NOT mandatory to use this form, it is provided as a help tool for applicants who are using electronic submission for the first time.
This Test eForm is suitable for applicants of any programme.

Submission error caused by Enhanced Security settings – IMPORTANT advice that applies to MOST versions of Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat software
Applicants will encounter problems during eForm submission if the Enhanced Security settings of Adobe Reader / Acrobat have not been adapted to exclude the eForm from the enhanced security check.
The versions of Adobe Reader / Acrobat that include the Enhanced Security feature are:
- version 8.2 or any higher version 8 than this
- version 9.3 or any higher version 9 than this
- Any version X
- Any version XI
The Enhanced Security feature can be temporarily turned off - 'disabled' - so that the submission works successfully. It is best to do this before trying to submit your form. This can be done from the menu path Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced). Simply uncheck the box Enable Enhanced Security and click OK. This is explained in more detail (with screenshots) in the document below. The document also describes how you can leave the Enhanced Security feature turned on - 'enabled' - but identify your eForm as an exception to the security feature.
If you did not disable this feature in advance - or identify your eForm as an exception - and have encountered the error during the submission itself, please refer to the document below for instructions on how to resolve the problem and submit your eForm (see Scenario B from page 6 onwards).
Adobe Reader advice on security settings problems during submission
Advice for Macintosh Users
The eForm can only be opened and filled in using Adobe Reader or one of the Adobe Acrobat products. It is not possible to open and fill in the eForm using the Mac Preview viewer. Please therefore ensure that if your default viewer is set as Mac Preview, you nonetheless open the eForm with one of the Adobe products mentioned above. Further advice can be found in the document below.
Mac preview as default viewer - advice for Mac users
Adobe Reader
You will need Adobe Reader version 8.1.5 or higher installed on your computer. Follow the link below to be directed to Adobe's website to download the software free of charge or to upgrade your existing copy of the software. If you do not have administrator rights on your computer this activity may require the intervention of your IT department. You will need to specify your operating system before the download can commence.
Download Adobe Reader: http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/
If you are using Adobe Acrobat (Standard) or Adobe Acrobat Professional, the version must likewise be 8.1.5. or higher.
You can check the system requirements for Adobe Reader through the following link: http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/reader/systemreqs/
Linux users should note that Adobe Reader X and XI do not currently support the Linux operating system. It is therefore necessary to use an earlier version of the Reader e.g. version 9 or one of its sub-versions.
