EXTENDED DEADLINE: 05/12/2012
The standard grant agreements/decisions of the Agency are currently under revision due to the entry into force of the new Financial Regulation and its Rules of Application as from 01 January 2013.
The deadline for submission of applications under Strand 1.3.6 has therefore been extended until midday (12:00 Brussels times) on 05/12/2012.
The budget form and the Instructions for applicants have already been adapted to reflect these new rules. Make sure to download the new versions of these documents, available below, and to use them. The Agency reserves, however, the right to introduce changes or additional details subject to the adoption of the final text of the Financial Regulation and Rules of Application. In this case the changes will be announced in due time before the deadline of the call.
The Culture Programme Guide has been updated. You can find these updates here.
The new standard grant agreements/decisions will also be made available as soon as possible.

Important remark regarding the German version of the eForms.
As described in the applicant's guide and the programme guide (corrigendum), the paragraph under point C.1. of the eForm has to be read as the following:
"C.1 Dauer des Projekts
Die Projektdauer ist der durch den Antrag abgedeckte Zeitraum und bezeichnet den Bewilligungszeitraum für die
Förderung. Der maximale Förderungszeitraum beträgt 12 Monate und muss zwischen dem 1. Mai 2013 und dem 30. April
2014 beginnen (nicht: liegen). Der Antragsteller kann je nach Festivaltermin selbst bestimmen, an welchem Datum der Förderungszeitraum beginnt und endet".
You need to have the Adobe Reader version 8.1.5 or higher installed on your computer in order to able to download and complete the eForm. If you don't have it on your computer, please click here to download the latest version of Adobe Reader.

The budget form is available in an Excel 2007 template or in an open source template. There is important information on how to open and work with the Excel template in the Instructions for applicants. The minimum requirement for Mac users is Office 2004. A known problem for Mac users is that the drop-down menu in column B of the 'Detailed budget by activities' part of the budget form does not appear. As no technical solution for this problem is available for now, we provide the list of values for this field in the first sheet called 'Content of the budget' of the budget form. If the values are copied exactly (case-sensitive), the formulas behind the field work. |
