You will also find on this page all technical issues related to the eForm:
Following our previous message just before Christmas, technical bugs have been removed and new eforms (versions 1.0.1 EN, 1.0.1 FR and 1.0.1 DE) have been posted on our website today (14/01/2011).
1) If you have not yet started filling in your eform, please use the new templates (versions 1.0.1 EN, 1.0.1 FR and 1.0.1 DE).
2) If you have already started filling in the previous template (version 1.0 EN, 1.0 FR or 1.0 DE), please take note of the following issues:
It has been noticed that, in some cases:
- The e-form loses some of its data after submission. This problem does not affect the data that is transferred to our database but only the printed version of the e-form.
- The poetry budget of Part C6 does not seem to always allow you to enter the Total Operating Costs.
You are therefore advised to print your e-form once submitted and check the following data:
- the project end date (Part C1)
- the flat rates and budget (Part C6)
If some of the data have changed or disappeared, please make handwritten corrections on the paper copy of the eform and send it to us together with the rest of the paper application package. Please note that the eform should be printed after submission so that the submission number appears at the bottom of each page.
3) For those who have already submitted an eform (version 1.0 EN, 1.0 FR or 1.0 DE), please be reassured that your application is valid and will be taken into consideration. We may just have to contact you should some information be missing.
In order to fill in your application eForm properly:
- please carefully read the Instructions for applicants.
The document contains useful information on how to fill in the application form and the budget form.
- please carefully read the Culture eForm User Guide.
It contains useful technical information.
The following annexes will have to be attached to the eForm and submitted on-line at the same time:
1/ The signed Declaration on honour

The budget form is an Excel 2003 template.
Advice for users of Microsoft Excel 2007: please make sure that you save your budget form in the "Excel 2003 Workbook (*.xls)" format. This may appear in the 'Save as type' dropdown menu as "Excel 97-2003 Workbook (*.xls)."
You can then submit your e-Form application on-line before 03/02/2011 at Midday, 12:00 CEST.
