Assessment of the applicants Financial capacity

In case of pre-financing payment and for a grant higher than € 25.000, the Financial Regulation applicable to the Community's budget (1) requires the assessment of the applicant's financial capacity. Consequently, an applicant requesting a grant higher than € 25.000 must fill in the financial capacity form and submit it together with the applicant package.

(1) Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) N.1605/2002 of 25 June 2002 on the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Communities, as amended in Council Regulation (EC Euratom) N.1995/2006 of 13 December 2006.
