Eligible third Countries - Budgetary Year 2009:
N° 1855/2006/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2006.
For the special action in 2009, the European Commission proposes to concentrate on the EU Neighbourhood and the eligible third countries are:
Armenia, Belarus, Egypt, Georgia, Jordan, Moldova, occupied Palestinian Territory and Tunisia
