EACH APPLICATION MUST INCLUDE THE TWO FOLLOWING FORMS:

(select your language)

The European Commission has undertaken measures to modernise its accounting system in order to ensure easier and more efficient identification of beneficiaries and to comply with the international accounting standards.

To this end, each grant application form must be accompanied by a duly completed and signed legal identity sheet, together with an official document (a headed letter for municipal authorities or a copy of their articles of association or other proof of legal identity for associations and twinning committees).

Only the legal entity form of the applicant (organising town) must be submitted.

  • Private companies (should be used by twinning committees and associations)

Financial identification form (select your country)

As from 2005 the whole amount of the grant is paid to the organising town. Therefore only the financial identification form of the applicant (organising town) must be submitted (do not send in the financial identification form of the invited towns).

The organising town is required to pass the information on the grant to its partners and to distribute the funds accordingly.
