All proposals must comply with the provisions set out in the full Programme Guide "Europe for Citizens" 2007-2013. The Programme Guide has the status of a call for proposals.

The deadline for submission of the applications is 15/02/2010 at 12.00 a.m. (mid-day Brussels time). After this time the on-line application system will be closed until it is re-opened for the next application phase.
The grant application form is available for completion and submission on-line. All applicants are required to submit their application using the electronic form. This version (including its annexes) is regarded as the main version.
Before you start to fill in your on-line application form please print and read the user guide provided on the next link (in the eForm page) and the F.A.Qs provided here below on this webpage.
Please download from the eForm page the relevant eForm for the Citizenship Programme.
You need to have the Adobe Reader version 8.1.5 or higher installed on your computer in order to able to download and complete the eForm. If you don't have it on your computer.

If you have problems in validating the eForm of the application and the system reports a number of not existing errors, this may be caused by a technical error. Therefore, once you are sure to have filled in all the mandatory fields of the eForm and you still have problems in validating it, please save the eForm to your computer, close it and re-open it.
After this operation the validation should work. Should you have still problems in validating it, please contact the Agency.
A paper version of the Application Dossier (print-out of the electronic form, budget and annexes) must also be sent to the address below by the deadline (15/02/2010).
