How to receive your payment - 2008

Support for projects 2008

In order to receive your final payment, please send the following documents to the Executive Agency at the latest 2 months after the end of the eligibility period of your project.

The executive summary will be published on our web-site

'Event' projects REM 2008 - Lump-sum based

A. Word Final report documents of the project and

B. Compulsory annexes:

  1. Original list of participants: certified, dated and signed by the person authorised to enter into a legal commitment on behalf of the applicant, showing the persons who participated in the event organised which were included in the calculation of the grant. A list is to be produced for each event and each day. The list should include the name, function, town/country of residence, email address or telephone number and signature of participants, together with the name of the event and the date in question: Excel enfrde
     
  2. A copy of the programme for each event and of the documentation distributed, with an indication of the places, dates and timetables
     
  3. Request of final payment: Calculator Excel enfrde dated and signed by the legal authorised person
     
  4. Supporting documents for the item 'Communication Tools', where applicable:
    1. Two copies of publications, CDs, CD-ROMs or DVDs produced
    2. A copy of invoices for printing and publication, for the creation of the master copy, for copying, engraving, creation on the website - or any other supporting evidence
       
  5. The addresses of the websites created for the project and of 5 other independent sites providing a link to the site(s) created
     
  6. Summary of expenditure and income form (to be filled in for statistical purpose): Excel enfrde

    We do not request originals of the invoices. However please keep them as we may ask at random for those documents and in case of an audit you may have to present them.

'Production and realisation' projects REM 2008 - Budget-based

A.Word Final report documents of the project and

  1. Two copies of all items produced / publications
     
  2. Original list of participants in case the project also involves an event: certified, dated and signed by the person authorised to enter into a legal commitment on behalf of the applicant, showing the persons who participated in the event organised which were included in the calculation of the grant. A list is to be produced for each event and each day.   3. A copy of the programme in case the project also involves an event: for each event and of the documentation distributed, with an indication of the places, dates and timetables.
     
  4. A detailed final statement of expenditure and income: Excel enfrde
     
  5. A complete list of invoices: Excel enfrde
     
  6. Table of daily subsistence allowances for staff (for information only) PDF enfrde

We do not request originals of the invoices. However please keep them as we may ask at random for those documents and in case of an audit you may have to present them.


Please send all the requested documents and annexes (duly dated and signed by the authorised person) for the final payment by post to the following address.
