
If you have an idea for a project, which you think may qualify for funding, you should first read the documents published on the EACEA website inviting to apply for projects. Ensure that your project falls into the subject areas covered by the specific Call.
Complete the relevant application package, taking care to ensure all information requested is provided. Once the form is completed, you should submit it to the correct address before the deadline. Proposals which fail to respect the deadline will not be accepted. You should therefore ensure that you have proof that your proposal was submitted in time.
The project selection procedure takes place in three stages:

Applicants who have been successful in the selection process will receive a Grant Agreement from the Executive Agency. The Grant Agreement indicates the grant awarded and sets out the financial rules to be applied. Payments are usually made in installments.
The Executive Agency monitors the implementation of the project throughout its life cycle. In situ project visits may be undertaken in some cases. At the mid-point or at the end of the contractual period, applicants are required to submit a progress or final report providing information on project implementation, results achieved and expenditure incurred.
Only after the report has been approved can the intermediate of final payment be made.
