Funding information

The application process is managed by the EACEA. The Programme Guide/Call Guidelines include necessary information for all the applicants and should be read together with Specific Calls for Proposals.

For cases where both EACEA and National agencies can be your responsible entity for the submission of your proposals, please consult the section below "Where to apply?".

How to apply?

Grant applications must be drawn up using the application form specifically designed for this purpose. Please note that only typed applications will be considered. The forms can be obtained on the Internet under the specific programmes.

Only those applications which are sent by the closing date for submission to both the Agency and to Partner country can be eligible for funding.

An original, specified number of copies, and a complete electronic Word version of the application form together with the annexes specified in the programme guide are to be submitted.
There are certain conditions to be complied with, concerning the composition of the partnership (eg. Number of organisations from each country, total number of partners etc.) More detailed information for requirements of different programmes are to be found in the relevant Programme guide/Call Guidelines and specific Calls for Proposals.

Where to apply?

Applications have to be submitted both to the EU and to Partner Country.

The addresses are to be found in the Programme guide and specific calls for proposals.
