Who can participate ?

Eligible organisations

Higher education institutions (HEI) and Vocational and training Institutions (VET) who wish to implement Joint Mobility Projects (JMP) or Joint Degree Projects (JDP) by forming consortia composed of institutions from the EU and the selected Partner Country.

Any organisation who will contribute actively to the objectives of the projects can be an associated partner. Such organisations may be:

  • Industry and business groups, non-governmental organizations, publishers, government departments, chambers of commerce and research institutes.

Individual students, university and other staff

Individuals cannot apply directly to the Programme, but should make an application to one of the partners participating in the Programme.

Eligible countries

Depending on the specific Call for Proposal participants and promoters based in various countries can participate. For the conditions for participation in specific Programmes, please consult Part 4 of the Guide.

  • EU Countries
    27 Member States of the European Union

  • Partner country (Australia, Japan, Korea and New Zealand, according to the relevant call)
