Beneficiaries should use the Bilateral Cooperation logo in their publications and website.

What is to be included in the progress report and final report?

Progress report and Final technical implementation report shall give a description of the project activities and results as well as an evaluation of the cooperation among partners and shall contain

  • information about the implementation of project activities, an overall evaluation of the project's results and of the cooperation with the partners (Part 2 of the report form: Description of project activities, results and products).
  • an official request for a further prefinancing or final payment specifying the requested amount and signed by the legal representative that has signed the grant agreement for payment (Part 3 of the report form: Declaration of Expenditure)
  • numbered copies of project products (ie. publication, brochure, poster, powerpoint presentations, invitations, minutes of the meetings, evaluation reports etc. ) where evidence of publicity on EU funding can be found.
  • an indication of the website address(es) where evidence of publicity on EU funding can be found.

Please send the requested documents and annexes (duly dated and signed by the authorised person mentioned in the grant agreement). Below you will find the address to which send the reports.

Report forms

During the life cycle of the project regular progress reports should be submitted within deadlines as specified in the grant agreement.

Within a period of two months after the end of the project, a final report should be submitted.

Please note that in accordance with the amendment to Article I.4 of the grant agreement revising the conditions for requesting further pre-financing payments, a new document (identified as Annex V in the Grant Agreement and in the report form here above) will have to be submitted to  the Agency in order to introduce such a request.
