En référence à l’appel d’offres EACEA/2008/04 « Etude sur la dimension entrepreneuriale des industries culturelles et créatives », je souhaiterais savoir si les curriculums vitae des experts et des correspondants sélectionnés doivent-être présentés dans un format particulier (Europass par exemple).

Il n'y a aucune exigence de format spécifique concernant les curriculums vitae des experts et des correspondants sélectionnés .
Question:
Regarding the point 3 of paragraph 2.1 of the Open Call Reference No EACEA/2008/04 "Study on the entrepreneurial dimension of cultural and creative industries", we would know if we have submit 2 copies just for the technical and financial proposals or for all documents requested at point 4.1 and 4.2 of the call.
Answer:
The Tenders must be submitted in triplicate: one clearly identified “Original”, two copies marked “Copy 1” and “Copy 2”; “Copy 2” should be unbound, and an electronic copy ( all documents).

I am writing you regarding the call for tender EACEA/2008/04 for a Study on the entrepreneurial dimension of cultural and creative industries. We are planning to present a proposal through a consortium/joint tender. Could you please confirm whether each partner of the consortium needs to fill in Annex 2 « Questionnaire and check list » ?
Answer:
Joint tenders or tenders from consortia will be accepted. The nature and organisation of such tenders is at the discretion of the tenderers. In any event, such tenders will be treated no differently from any other type of tender, each being assessed on its own merits in relation to the evaluation and award criteria contained in these specifications. For joint tenders (consortia), each member of the joint tenders (consortium) must submit the required documents.

Les offres conjointes ou les offres émanant de groupements seront acceptées. La nature et l’organisation de ces offres sont laissées à la discrétion des soumissionnaires. En toute hypothèse, des offres de cette nature ne seront pas traitées différemment de tout autre type d’offre, chacune étant évaluée sur la base de ses qualités intrinsèques, compte tenu des critères de sélection et d’attribution contenus dans le présent cahier des charges. Dans le cas d’offres conjointes (consortium), chaque membre de l'offre conjointe (consortium) est tenu de soumettre les documents exigés.
Question:
When referring to « tendering party » in the first section, do you refer to each partner or to the lead partner ?
Answer:
In case of joint tenders (consortia), when referring to « tendering party » in the first section, it is refered to the tendering party who will, in case of selection, sign the service contract .
Réponse:
Dans le cas d'offre conjointes (consortium), lorsqu'il est fait reference au terme « tendering party », il est entendu le «tendering party» qui en cas de sélection, signera le contrat de service.
Question:
Can companies from candidate countries submit proposal by their own or in a consortium with companies from EU member countries?
Answer:
The study No EACEA/2008/04 is one of the actions financed under the Culture Programme 2007-2013, strand 3: Support for analyses and for the collection and dissemination of information.
Turkey, Croatia, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Serbia participate fully to the Culture Programme on the basis of a Memorandum of understandings concluded with the European Community.
For this reason, companies legally established in these four countries are eligible to apply on the same basis as companies legally established in the Member States.
