If you have a technical query or issue relating to the creation, completion or submission of an EACEA electronic application form, please refer to the eForm page. Here you will find published a User Guide for the application form you are working with, along with details of the minimum software requirements, any known issues and the contact details of the EACEA Helpdesk should further technical assistance be required.

ECAS accounts

(Access to all of the IT systems operated by the European Commission is authenticated by ECAS, the European Commission Authentication Service. This includes the IT systems operated by EACEA. Consequently, every user of EACEA’s IT systems must create and maintain an ECAS account.)

If you have technical questions related to creating or maintaining an ECAS account, please consult in the first place the Frequently Asked Questions published on the Help page of the ECAS website.  If you still require technical assistance, please consult the ECAS Contact page for details of how to proceed and whom to contact.

I’m still not sure where to find the technical help I need!

If after consulting the above guidance, you’re not sure which support resources to consult or which Helpdesk to contact, please contact the EACEA Helpdesk who will direct you to the appropriate resource or team that your query demands.
