If you have a technical query or issue relating to the creation, completion or submission of an EACEA electronic application form, please refer to the eForm page. Here you will find published a User Guide for the application form you are working with, along with details of the minimum software requirements, any known issues and the contact details of the EACEA Helpdesk should further technical assistance be required.
(Access to all of the IT systems operated by the European Commission is authenticated by ECAS, the European Commission Authentication Service. This includes the IT systems operated by EACEA. Consequently, every user of EACEA’s IT systems must create and maintain an ECAS account.)
